Some companies provide their employees with dental cover, through insurance policies with providers such as Cigna and many others. Your treatment at Upper Berkeley Dental Care can be covered by this dental insurance.
As a corporate patient, you pay for your treatment as you go. After settling your bill, we sign the relevant forms and paperwork needed to gain reimbursement as agreed by your company. All companies are different, so reimbursements vary from company to company. Please bring your corporate forms with you to the practice and we can make sure the right procedures are followed.
