On February 12th 2021 the year of the Ox starts in the Chinese Calendar. 2020, was the Year of the Rat, the force is said to be fast, hard, active yang; while the element was water: which is known for changing all the time. No one, especially with the Pandemic, wants to repeat last year!
The second animal of the Chinese zodiac, the Ox denotes the hard work with strength & determination. Having a positive and honest nature. The Ox is said to be dependable, gentle patriotic, having ideals for patience in family and work life. We are all showing patience waiting for our vaccinations & the NHS is already showing hard work in delivering these at a tremendous rate we look forward to life starting gradually again!
As we look forwards in 2021, we at Upper Berkeley Dental Care, want to take on these good attributes of the Ox and reinforce the ones we have. We wish to continue to help and look after your mouths in a gentle and patient way, rebuilding your teeth to be strong & resilient and give you a positive experience. We continue to be open during the lockdown & you can attend appointments including hygiene.
On the HYGIENE side:
We look forward to welcoming dependable ANNA back from maternity leave in April 2021. We are so glad, that hard-working JURATE now working every Friday & still on alternate Saturdays. Patient CIARA will now be in in on alternate Thursdays. Jo will be around to do examinations at the same time to reduce your travelling. We also give you a letter to confirm you are attending a dental appointment & should be travelling that is emailed to you.
